The stories of the six almost 30 to in their thirties women will touch your heart and make you laugh out loud. The sisters by age ranking Zoie, Wynter, Rayna, Nyema, Lynnia and Chyra are there for each other always. It follows the lives of six sisters running their own businesses, falling in love and dealing with the trials that come. They follow their own little "Norton Code" "In the end, family means everything and your sisters hold you up. No matter what may come."

Very frustrated with the editing. So I'm giving this three stars for the following reasons:Liked:
The sisters relationship, conflict and closeness.
The reality of having older siblings who are seen as substitute mothers & fathers.
The determination of Chris in his pursuit of R.
Disliked:
Too many editing errors- spent to much time re-reading and self-editing which reduced my enjoyment
Too much of the book was spent on the female character avoiding the male lead - annoying and just plain boring.
Adding nick / abbreviated / sudo names of the six sisters just caused confusion and wasn't necessary.
I read the 2nd installment immediately after this one and I consistently see poor editing which makes it hard for me to want to even read the other planned installments about the other sisters.

I really wished I could have given this book more then "Four Stars" but the editing was so bad that it took me much longer to read the book!
In spite of the errors I enjoyed Rayna's story and look forward to reading more from this author.
The cons of the book. There was a lot of grammatical errors. Did not like all the different nicknames for the sisters.
Tanya had to Lear. how to let go of the past. The plot was good, however long drawn out. I enjoyed the way Christopher went about pursuing Ryan.

It was good. A little worn out with her indecisiveness but a good read overall
The concept is great, unfortunately, it took way too long to get to the main characters really interacting. It was just too much for me. I think that there was some unnecessary dialogue between the characters. It seemed like there was a drawn out explanation for everyone and their personalities. I applaud the author for working hard, writing and publishing a book. It just wasn't for me.
Well, this one was just okay for me. I thought the plot had potential but the story ended up just being kind of ho-hum for me. Rayna wasn't very nice and I did not like all of those darn nicknames. The story wasn't long enough to keep up with them all. It's enough that there are some many of them to keep up with in the first place. i was kind of looking forward to the series, now not so much.
I absolutely loved this book. The love between the sisters was breathtaking. I admired the stability that each sister has in their life and how Chris realized the best way to win the girl was by getting help from her family. This was the first book I have read by this author but will not be the last. Can't wait to see the Norton sisters again and find out who will fall in love next!!!
I really enjoyed this book even though I thought the cat and mouse went on forever and I read Rayna' s past of what happened in College and understood why she was closed off and had trust issues. Rayne never dealt with her past and would push people away if they got close to her. She never told her sister's or mother what happened. Goog book going to start the other books to the series
