What an incredible resource to capture the essence of Systems Thinking and relate it to reality that enables people to learn!
"Once upon a complex time" by Richard Brynteson provides few valid complexity type examples and those are contrived. There are many more stories in the daily newspaper that are truly "complex" and "systems" examples that don't have to be as stretched as Brynteson does to his stories. I get the impression that the author doesn't really understand complexity and systems.
